On Saturday April 9, 4WORTHDOING (4WD) presented “TENANTS, PEOPLE WORKERS POWER!” – a art and music fundraiser at the North Beach Bandshell. “TENANTS, PEOPLE, WORKERS POWER!”. Proceeds from the $10 tickets will go to the Miami Workers Center.
Gentrification & new money in Miami is pushing local residents out of legacy neighborhoods. Miami Workers Center (MWC) is launching a campaign to win a Tenant Bill of Rights in the Miami city legislature, helping establish basic rights for city residents. TENANTS, PEOPLE WORKERS POWER! will directly fund this effort.
Miami-based arts organization, Oolite Arts will invite some of their artists to present at the show including a photo exhibition by current Oolite Arts resident, Roscoè B. Thické III & will screen several short films commissioned by Oolite Arts in partnership with Community Justice Project.
The event features live music performances and streamed online by Rub ‘n Tug (DJs Eric Duncan and Thomas Bullock), Almanaq Radio and by Dyna Edyne.
Special event t-shirts designed by Alaska-Alaska, Cali Thornhill DeWitt, Carrie Munden/Cassette Playa, Daniel Arsham and Partners & Others, will be sold at the event & on 4WORTHDOING.com, with proceeds also going to MWC.

He has exhibited work at The Bass Museum & The Art and Culture Center in Hollywood, FL. 4WORTHDOING (4WD) is a collective built around the literal interpretation of its name, promoting “things worth doing”. 4WD spotlights individuals who combine creativity with action through content on its social media & website. It promotes local & international talent at recurring music events, and creates clothing & art objects. 4WD was formed in 2019 by Aaron Bondaroff.
